I am 23, i first saw a gynaecologist when i was 17 and was put on hormone suppressants for over 3 years (the drug is meant to only be 6 week usage) I was first diagnosed with endometriosis in 2020 via laparoscopy, I had it treated and an iud inserted. This helped for the first 9-12months. All of my symptoms then came back. I was dismissed by my gynaecologist for years I then decided to get a second opinion in 2023, I was diagnosed with pcos and it was thought the endometriosis was back. I had an implanon inserted whilst still having the iud. I was also trailed on multiple hormone suppressants ans different medications. I finally had a second laparoscopy towards the end of 2023 once again seeing wide spread endometriosis along will blocked and twisted tubes in this surgery I had a new iud placed. I am nearly 6 months post surgery and still bleeding at least 3/4 of the time each month and having excruciating pain. My gynaecologist just keeps telling me to watch and wait. I don't know what else to do but I need help
