Dr. Sula Windgassen is a health psychologist, cognitive behavioural therapist, EMDR therapist and mindfulness teacher with over 10 years working with people who have chronic illness in the NHS, academia and in private practice. Sula is the director of the clinical health psychology private practice, Mind Body Blossom, which supports people experiencing chronic health issues, stress and trauma. She continues to contribute to the research with a specialist interest in women’s health, endometriosis, adenomyosis, urogynaecological disorders and gut disorders.
